Health and wellness have always been my passion, but a serious health challenge in my early 30s completely shifted my perspective. What began as a quest to “get back to the old me” turned into a transformative journey of emotional, spiritual, and physical healing.
Guided by incredible mentors, I discovered that true health is about more than diet and exercise—it’s about reconnecting with ourselves and the natural world.
Now, I help others build resilience and thrive by creating the right environment for their bodies to heal and flourish, trusting in their innate power to transform.
