
My STORY...
From a young age, I was passionate about health and wellness, convinced that exercise and nutrition were the keys to a vibrant life. But in my early 30s, a profound health challenge changed everything. It was a humbling wake-up call that showed me true health goes far beyond the physical. This experience led me on a four-year journey of learning from incredible mentors and applying the wisdom I gained along the way. Initially, I just wanted to “get back to the old me,” but as I dug deeper, I realized I wasn’t meant to go back—I was meant to evolve. By exploring the emotional, spiritual, and physical dimensions of health, I discovered a deeper version of myself and stepped into the person I was truly meant to be.

Now, I help others navigate their own transformations. I guide people to reconnect with the natural rhythms of life, build resilience, and create the foundation to not just survive but thrive. I believe the body is a miraculous healing machine—it only needs the right environment and our trust to do what it was designed to do.
